Kodi Apex Consulting provides vehicle sourcing, import consulting, and document verification services. We act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and do not take ownership of vehicles.

3. Scope of Services
Our services include vehicle search, document checks, import assistance, and full-service packages. All services are described individually on our website with their respective scope and pricing.

4. Payment
Payment is due upon booking of the service. We accept Credit Card payment. All prices are listed in EUR, USD or AED and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds are issued at our discretion depending on the stage of service delivery. Completed services are non-refundable.

6. Liability
Kodi Apex Consulting is not liable for delays, changes, or decisions made by third parties (e.g., customs authorities, shipping companies). Our liability is limited to the value of the service purchased.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
