Refund Policy – Kodi Apex Consulting FZE LLC

As our services are consulting and advisory in nature (not physical goods), the following applies:

- Services not yet started: Full refund upon written cancellation within 48 hours of booking.
- Services in progress: Partial refund at our discretion based on work completed.
- Completed services: No refund.
